The brothers have strongly denied any wrongdoing.The Tates will be processed at the federal courthouse in Miami on Monday, a Justice Department source told the Daily Mail. The DOJ will also unseal the indictment against them. Andrew and Tristan's arrest comes just days after the Daily Mail exposed that the brothers met with US Republican Rep Wesley Hunt in DC and attended a party hosted by President Donald Trump's special envoy Paolo Zampolli.'Paolo loves the Tates, but the rest of the government doesn't,' a source familiar with the Trump administration said after their arrest. Agents were seen inspecting Andrew's ears and shirt collar as they took him into custody. Fans gathered outside the event were ordered to 'back up' as the investigation unfolded.The brothers were then loaded into the back of unmarked police vehicles and escorted away.Bedfordshire Police in the UK confirmed the pair's arrest, stating they were detained pending ongoing legal proceedings in Britain.The Crown Prosecution Service has brought 42 charges against Andrew and 17 against Tristan.'Officers from our major crime unit have been working closely alongside the Crown Prosecution Service and both national and international law enforcement agencies as part of this complex investigation,' Assistant Chief Constable Karena Thomas of the UK's Bedfordshire Police force said.'We understand the interest that this case will generate, but we would urge the public not to speculate and to allow the legal process to be carried out correctly.'There is no place for male violence against women and girls, and we will continue to work tirelessly to support victims and investigate all reports made to us.'The Tates are dual US and British citizens who moved to Romania in 2016.They were arrested there in 2022, accused of participating in schemes to lure women for sexual exploitation. They denied those allegations and the case didn't go forward because of legal and procedural irregularities.The former professional kickboxers have amassed a following of fans, particularly young men and boys, by professing a lifestyle of luxury and unapologetic misogyny.This is a breaking news story.
