Amazon Great Indian Festival sale: Big discounts promised on iPhone 16 and more

The company has started teasing smartphone deals ahead of the event, although it has not yet disclosed the final sale prices for several of the phones featured on its teaser page.The iPhone 16 is among the devices Amazon is promoting ahead of the sale. The teaser promises “epic deals on iPhone”, but does not reveal how much the Apple phone will be discounted. The sale page also mentions phones such as the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, OnePlus 15R, Galaxy Z Fold 7, Vivo X300 FE, OnePlus 15 and OnePlus Nord 6. This means the prices of these models during the main sale are still to be confirmed. Amazon is expected to reveal more offers as the October 8 start date gets closer.List of some early deals revealed by AmazonWhile the main sale is still some time away, Amazon has already announced a set of Early Deals across categories. These include several smartphones. The OnePlus N6x is currently listed at Rs 18,499, including bank offers. The Redmi 17 5G is available for Rs 23,999, while the iQOO Z10 Lite 5G is listed at Rs 15,999 with bank offers.The iQOO Neo 10, meanwhile, is available for Rs 41,999 including bank offers. Amazon has also listed the Lava Bold N2 among its early offers at Rs 8,729 with bank offers. The company says its Early Deals cover electronics and accessories, with discounts of up to 80 per cent across the category. These offers are separate from the additional deals that Amazon is expected to announce when the Great Indian Festival officially begins.Amazon's early offers extend beyond smartphones. The 2026 MacBook Neo with Apple's A18 Pro chip is listed at Rs 71,990, while the OnePlus Watch 2R is available for Rs 9,999. Televisions are another category getting early offers. Amazon has listed the Samsung 55-inch Mini LED 4K Vision AI TV at Rs 53,900, the TCL 55-inch QD-Mini LED Google TV at Rs 62,990 and the LG 55-inch NU87 AI webOS TV at Rs 45,990.Amazon is also introducing AI-based shopping features around the sale. Its Rufus assistant can answer product-related queries and help users find deals using natural-language prompts. The company says Rufus can also track prices over a 30- to 90-day period and send an alert when a product reaches a user's target price.
