All The Correct Patient Answers To Dr. Glenn's Questions In Silent Hill Townfall

Published Sep 24, 2026, 5:25 AM EDT Although Kaitlyn grew up with a passion for both video games and writing, she never imagined she'd eventually combine them into a career. Now, with several years of experience in the industry across Guides, Features, News, & Reviews, Kaitlyn enjoys nothing more than continuing to deep dive into the games she's passionate about and share her findings with readers. In her downtime, Kaitlyn enjoys unwinding with her favorite horror films, despite being a major scaredy-cat. Once you begin Part 3: The Patient in Silent Hill: Townfall, which swaps you back to playing as Zoe, you'll find yourself in a surgical room and be forced to care for an unknown patient. During this time, Dr. Glenn will half-guide and half-harass you through this process over an intercom. Even with his "guidance", he'll still expect you to figure out how to do most of the things yourself and then give him the correct readings in the order that he asks. Unfortunately, to complicate things, there will be more than one vital machine in the room, and you'll need to use the computer to figure out how to complete Dr. Glenn's requests and determine which readings are accurate. Give Dr. Glenn The Correct Vitals The first thing you'll do while caring for the patient is give Dr. Glenn the patient's vitals. As mentioned, there are several machines in the room, and most of the readings will be extremely unrealistic, at least for a living patient. So, you'll need to use the computer to determine the range where the vitals should fall. The proper ranges for vitals are: Blood Pressure (Systolic / Diastolic): Ignore readings outside 70 / 110 mmHg. SpO2: Look for readings over 75 percent. Heart Rate (BPM): Look for readings that fall between 40 and 160 BPM. Dr. Glenn will ask for all of these vital readings one by one, but they will not all be on the same machine. You will need to find the correct reading for each vital by checking all the machines. The correct readings are: Blood Pressure: Look for a machine that reads 70 Systolic and 40 Diastolic. Heart Rate (BPM): Look for a machine that shows a reading of 161 or 162 (this is technically outside the range that the computer instructs you to look for, but Dr. Glenn makes a note of saying it will be elevated, and the others are things like 0 or 400+, which are beyond ridiculous readings, so this is the closest option). SpO2: Look for a machine that shows a reading of 80. The readings will fluctuate by a number or two while being read, but you should see the number indicated above or one number off. For example, the correct blood pressure (70/40) will occasionally flash between that and (70/39), and the correct SpO2 may show as 81 instead of 80. These are still the correct options. How To Take An X-Ray The next thing Dr. Glenn will ask you to do is complete an X-Ray. The X-Ray machine is in the other room, and you'll need a code to access it. The code, which Dr. Glenn will send via your pager, is 7103. Once inside the room, you'll be told that you need a chest and head X-Ray. First up will be the Chest X-Ray, which means you'll need to set all the X-Ray settings for that type. Once again, this information is on the computer, but I'll also give you the correct value here. However, before you mess with that, go to the computer in the X-Ray room. There, you'll need to line up the machine for the X-Ray you intend to take. Both the head and chest will have a space with four white squares. Move and zoom the machine until all four white squares for the chest or head, depending on which you're taking, line up in the boxes at the corner of your screen. Once that is done, you'll need to set the correct values on the machine and take the X-Ray. Don't forget to move the machine again before taking the second X-Ray. For the Head X-Ray, set everything on the machine to: Volts (kV): 3 Current (mA): 7 Time (s): 1 Site: Skull For the Chest X-Ray, set everything on the machine to: Volts (kV): 7 Current (mA): 3 Time (s): 1.2 Site: Chest Once you've taken both X-Rays, head over to the X-Ray board in the main room to review them and relay your findings to Dr. Glenn. At this point, Dr. Glenn will tell you that you'll need to perform a procedure, but that first you'll need to give the patient an infusion cocktail to get the readings under control. Where To Find The Dextracyclate, Hydroxalene, and Tensobromide Specifically, Dr. Glenn will ask you to give the patient 2.5mg of Dextracyclate, 3mg of Hydroxalene, and 11mg of Tensobromide. Unfortunately, they're not in this room. Which means at this point you'll need to leave the surgical room to find them. Naturally, this means wandering the enemy-filled halls of this medical center, so be sure to save at the reception phone as soon as you leave this room. There will be incorrect dosages of these medications throughout the medical center. However, Zoe will recognize them as incorrect, so you don't need to worry about remembering the correct values at this point. Initially, Dr. Glenn will direct you to the pharmacy, which is clearly labeled on your map, and thankfully, you'll find one of the medications you need there. At this point, it's up to Zoe to search every room in the medical center looking for the other two medications. If you don't want to be walked through the process and only want the answers, you can find one of the infusions in Bay 6 of the Chapman Ward and the other in the Records Room on the ground floor, which you'll need code 2605 to enter. If you'd like a more detailed process, read below. As you go through each room, you'll see circles appear with X's on them to indicate it wasn't in there. However, if you make your way upstairs to the Chapman Ward on the first floor (which you might call the second floor, depending on where you live), and interact with the computer at the nurse's station, then you'll see a list of all the infusions taking place that day. One of those infusions is 2.5mg of Dextracyclate, which is noted to be happening on the first floor (this floor) in Bay 6. The correct dosage of Hydroxalene won't be listed as an option, but it will mention that if you need a new infusion, you can check the Pharmacy and Records Room. Since you've already been to the pharmacy, this is to let you know that the other infusion is in the locked Records Room. Grab the infusion from Bay 6, which should now be circled on your map, then head into the office directly across from Bay 6. Inside, you'll find a bulletin board with a note that indicates the code to the record room is 2605. Go back to the record room on the ground floor, enter the code to find the last infusion needed in a storage closet, then take all three back to the surgical room. How To Set The Infusion Pumps To complete this part of the process, you'll need to administer all three infusions using the pumps in the room. Each one has a specific rate based on the dosage and the patient's weight. If you haven't seen it already, the patient's weight is 88 kg and is listed on the whiteboard in the room. The correct infusion pump values are: 2.5mg of Dextracyclate: 15 3mg of Hydroxalene: 7 11mg of Tensobromide: 8 Place the medications in the pumps and set the corresponding rate based on the patient's weight. Once all three medications are placed, and you have readied the pump (it should display "Ready" on the screen), interact with the small box on the left side of the patient (their right), and you should see that all three pumps are ready, which means you can begin the infusion. Where To Find The Spare Intubation Kit In The Basement Once again, it's time to proceed with intubation, but, alas, you don't have what you need. Of course, this shouldn't come as a shock at this point, and you'll now need to head to the reception desk to call the basement and see if they have what you need. Dr. Glenn will give you the number, 5353, but it should appear when you interact with the phone. After they confirm they have what you need, they'll send the elevator up, which is just around the corner from the reception area. Head inside and take the elevator down to the basement. The kit won't be marked on your map, but unsurprisingly, it's in the storage area at the end of the hall, which has wandering enemies. After you grab it from a shelf in the back of the storage room, head back to the surgical room using the elevator and begin the intubation process. How To Intubate The Patient Once you begin the process, you'll see an icon pop up indicating that you need to move the middle circle around and find the correct sweet spot. If you're wrong, you'll see blood shoot out of the patient and be scolded by Dr. Glenn. To find the right spot, move the dot around until you see the red circle begin to pulse, then hold it where the circle pulses the most. You'll have to do this a few times to complete the entire process, and the sweet spot will move each time you complete a portion of the procedure. Once you're done, you'll receive more harassment from Dr. Glenn, and a cutscene will reveal the patient's identity, ending Zoe's sequence of this part of the game and this puzzle.
