All Emmerdale spoilers for next week as Moira and Robert go to war

Robert Sugden’s (Ryan Hawley) latest scheme to become a force in the village sees him finally claim the Hide from Gabby and Laurel Thomas (Rosie Bentham and Charlotte Bellamy), but will an unexpected enemy derail his success in a high-stakes game of poker? DS Thea Ramsden’s (Chelsea Edge) plot to annihilate her biological mum, Kim Tate (Claire King), continues to pick up steam, worrying her best friendSerena Sugden (Casey Al-Shaqsy) with her thirst for vengeance – but how far is Thea really willing to go? The Dingles go to war with each other when the prospect of Samson Dingle (Sam Hall) returning home pits Moira (Natalie J Robb) against Sam and Lydia (James Hooton and Karen Blick), but where does Samson’s biggest victim, Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano) stand? Elsewhere, Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) faces some emotional goodbyes before heading to court to learn his fate and Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) recruits Sadie King (Patsy Kensit) for a revenge mission. Sunday, October 11 Gabby and Laurel sign over the Hide (Picture: Mark Bruce/ITV) Robert continues to manipulate proceedings, and suggests a way that Gabby could make things right with Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler), and Gabby later offers Nicola the money she’ll make from selling the Hide to Robert. As Gabby falls into a coughing fit, Laurel encourages her to explain about her orthorexia, and Nicola softens toward her niece, with all three reuniting properly. Later, an emotional Gabby hands over the keys to Robert, who promises Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) that his scheming will stop once the deal has been fully finalised, before hiring Serena as the manager. Monday, October 12 Thea’s scheme continues (Picture: Mark Bruce/ITV) When Kim is pulled over by the police, Thea seemingly swoops in to rescue her, earning her gratitude, but when Kim has left, it’s revealed to be a ruse. Later, Thea’s pride in her attempt to win Kim over before destroying her properly is evident, as she tells Serena that she has Kim exactly where she wants her. Serena is left deeply concerned by her friends increasing appetite for revenge. Vinny faces his fate (Picture: Mark Bruce/ITV) Vinny is comforted by Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) and Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt), before he sombrely heads to court after saying some emotional goodbyes. Meanwhile, letters are delivered around the village, though Joe and Nicola bin theirs, while Laurel’s verbal assault on Sadie in the pub only helps her to reel Ruby Miligan (Beth Cordingly) in. Tuesday, October 13 Robert’s plans are scuppered (Picture: Mark Bruce/ITV) Robert is over the moon as he busies himself preparing for the Hide’s grand reopening. He’s left disappointed, though, when he learns from Gabby that the paperwork will take another month to be finalised. He’s later lifted when the situation is rectified, but a conversation looks set to disrupt his plans for the relaunch. Sam and Lydia keep their excitement quiet (Picture: ITV) Sam and Lydia are excited at the prospect of Samson returning home, but when Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) comes home in a dreadful mood, they decide to keep the news to themselves. Also, Joe sets Sadie a mission, while Matty’s barely sleeping, holding the fort at the farm and with baby Leyla crying through the night. Wednesday, October 13 Battle lines are drawn at the Dingle’s (Picture: ITV) Moira offers Matty a room at the Dingle’s as he moves out of Emmerdale farm, but Belle senses trouble, having learned of Samson’s release. As the truth is revealed, the family ruptures. Battle lines are drawn as Moira goes head to head with Sam and Lydia when they learn that Matty has moved into the room they had earmarked for Samson. Sadie is dead set on her scheme (Picture: Mark Bruce/ITV) Sadie begins her mission and tells Joe that she plans to seduce Caleb Miligan (William Ash) , but despite Joe’s warnings that Caleb and Ruby are tight, Sadie’s sure she can succeed in her goal. Concurrently, while Nicola is grateful for Bob Hope’s (Tony Audenshaw) support, he soon receives some bad news of his own. Thursday, October 15 Cain warns Caleb about Sadie (Picture: ITV) Cain’s suspicions are raised when he learns from Sadie that she plans to remain in the village for a while. He delivers a stern warning to Caleb: if he gets involved with Sadie, she’ll utterly destroy his entire life. Caleb isn’t worried, though, and shrugs off his brother’s concerns: he’s far too smart for Sadie to successfully run a scheme on. Things are still fraught at the Dingle’s (Picture: ITV) Elsewhere, at the Dingle’s, tensions are running high with Matty having moved into the room that Sam and Lydia had been saving for Samson. Friday, October 16 Matty tells his mum to forgive (Picture: Mark Bruce/ITV) Moira stands firm on her feelings toward Samson, but all it does is alienate her from the rest of the Dingle clan. When Matty packs his bag with plans to move out, she’s absolutely heartbroken and pleads with him not to go. Cutting through all the noise of the recent arguments, Matty tells his mum that it’s time she forgave Samson. A high stakes poker game gets underway (Picture: ITV) As Robert schemes to win big money in a high stakes poker game, Kev is determined to get a piece of the action, until he learns that Claudette Anderson (Flo Wilson) is playing, with her fearsome reputation as a skilled poker player preceding her. Meanwhile, Sadie manipulates Ruby and things between Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) and Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) show no signs of improvement.
