A face from the past arrives in Coronation Street – and she’s going to die

When Glenda Shuttleworth (Jodie Prenger) finds Celeste (Frances Barber) knocking on Bernie’s door, she informs her that Bernie and Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin) are away. Celeste starts to head off, but when she spots Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce) closing up the undertakers, she asks to arrange a funeral with him over a drink. The next day, Celeste’s driver, Fraser, drops her at Shuttleworth’s to discuss the funeral arrangements, before heading to the Rovers.
