2027 budget: Tinio warns of possible DPWH budget insertions in House GAB

MANILA, Philippines — ACT Teachers party-list Rep. Antonio Tinio on Sunday warned of possible insertions in the Department of Public Works and Highways’ (DPWH) budget in the House of Representatives’ version of the 2027 General Appropriations Bill (GAB). According to Tinio, the DPWH plans to submit institutional amendments to the 2027 National Expenditure Program (NEP).
